At SKIN by Indie, we strive to deliver your skincare essentials quickly and reliably. We partner with multiple shipping carriers to ensure smooth delivery across Jamaica and internationally.

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

• Orders placed before 10 AM qualify for same-day delivery (where available).
• Orders placed after 10 AM will be processed for next-day delivery.
• Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be delivered on the next business day between 3 PM – 6 PM.
• Morning/Early Delivery is NOT available on Mondays or the first working day after a Public Holiday.

Kingston Deliveries

• Same/Next Day Express Delivery: $700 JMD / $5 USD
• Cut-off time: 10 AM (Monday – Saturday)
• Delivery window: 11 AM – 6 PM

Portmore, Spanish Town & Harbour View

• Same/Next Day Express Delivery: $1500 JMD / $10.71 USD
• Cut-off time: 10 AM (Monday – Saturday)
• Delivery window: 11 AM – 6 PM

Knutsford Express (Branch to Branch)

• Orders received by 10 AM will be dropped off same day.
• Orders received after 10 AM will be dropped off next day.
• Drop-off Fee: $500 JMD / $3.57 USD (Courier fee)
• Knutsford Express Pickup Fee: $700 JMD (Paid upon pickup)
• Packages are available for pickup 1 business day after drop-off.

Zipmail (Post to Post)

• Orders received by 10 AM will be dropped off same day.
• Orders received after 10 AM will be dropped off next day.
• Drop-off Fee: $700 JMD / $5 USD
• Estimated arrival: 1-3 business days after drop-off.

International Shipping (DHL Express)

• Processing Time: 1 – 3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays)
• Delivery Time: 3 – 5 business days
• Starting Cost: $24 USD (Final cost calculated at checkout based on order weight and location)

Important Delivery Notes

• Orders made via bank transfer must be verified before dispatch.
• Tracking details will be sent via email or text once your order ships.
• If shipped via courier, the delivery agent will call to confirm your location.
• If a package is returned as undeliverable, a store credit (minus shipping fees) will be issued.
• Customer refusal to accept a package does not qualify for a refund.
